Refunds & cancellations

Eligibility

Refunds are available to the person or company named on the invoice. Transferring a seat to a colleague in the same organisation is allowed once, before week 2 of a live cohort, and is not treated as a refund.

Timeframe

Write to info@model-routehub.digital before the cohort start, or within 14 days of Signal Desk access being issued, whichever applies. Requests after those points are considered under partial refund or exception rules below. We acknowledge refund requests within two working days (Bangkok).

Full refund

A full refund of tuition is issued if you cancel in writing more than 10 full days before the first live session (Route Studio / Full Corridor / clinics), or within 14 days of Signal Desk access provided you have not downloaded more than the week-0 pack. If we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a dated alternative within 90 days, you receive a full refund automatically.

Partial refund

Cancellation 10 days or fewer before a live start, but before session one: 60% of tuition returned. After session one and before week 4: 35% returned, unless you have already received Full Corridor audit hours — those hours are deducted at 6,500 THB each. From week 4 onward, live cohort tuition is not returned except under exceptions.

Signal Desk after the 14-day window: no partial refund. You keep access until the stated end date.

Non-refundable items

Bank transfer fees charged by your bank. Travel to Thonburi. Printed materials you requested beyond the standard pack. Third-party MMP or ad-platform licences. Team-table discounts already applied are recalculated if seats drop below three; we will not refund the discount itself as a separate line.

Refund process

Email info@model-routehub.digital with the invoice number, seat type, and reason. We confirm eligibility, then issue a credit note. You do not need to return recordings if a partial refund applies; access is cut on the date we state in the credit note.

Processing time and method

Refunds travel by the original payment method where possible (Thai bank transfer or the international rail we received). Allow 10 working days after the credit note for Thai accounts, and 15 working days for overseas rails. We do not refund in cash at the Taksin Road studio.

Cancellation by Model Routehub

We may cancel or postpone a cohort for instructor illness, insufficient seats (fewer than six Route Studio confirmations), or force majeure. You may choose a dated transfer or a full refund. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel you booked before we confirmed the cohort date in writing.

Exceptions

Serious illness, bereavement, or visa refusal documented in reasonable form: we will transfer you once at no charge or refund tuition minus any Full Corridor hours already delivered. If we materially fail to deliver the lab described on the invoice (for example replacing the flagship with an unrelated workshop), you may claim a full refund even after week 4. Disagreement with an instructor’s measurement opinion is not grounds for a refund.
